So, what is soy wax and where is it obtained?

What is Soy Wax?

Soy wax is a type of vegetable wax derived from soybeans . It was developed as an alternative to petroleum-based paraffin waxes and is clean-burning, non-toxic, and biodegradable . It is commonly used for scented candles, decorative candles, and aromatherapy products .

Where to Get Soy Wax?

The raw material of soy wax is soybean . The most soybean farming in the world is done in countries such as the USA, Brazil and Argentina . Large-scale soybean production is carried out in these regions and is processed for use in different sectors such as food, cosmetics and candle production .

The basic steps followed for soy wax production are:

  1. Soybean Cultivation and Harvesting
